With Major Road Projects Victoria, we are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as winners of Transformation Project of the Year in the Project Controls Expo Awards.
The objective of the project was to establish a Project Management Framework that would enable a clear delivery approach for all road projects and would be embraced by future MRPV Project teams, part of Victoria’s Big Build project. The framework was expected to guide future projects in the common application of lifecycle stages, approval gates, processes within each phase, key reporting milestones and domain-specific guidance and templates (such as safety, engineering, planning, procurement, controls, etc).
