Exco Partners has been named Employee Experience Partner of the Year at the 2026 techpartner.news Impact Awards, announced at the Winter Ball in Sydney on 13 August 2026.

The award recognises our work with the Fair Work Commission on its Customer Service Portal. The portal gives Australians a single digital journey through their case, from lodgement through to resolution, when they engage with workplace dispute services. Human-centred design shaped it from the start. Built on Microsoft technology, it serves applicants and respondents as well as the Commission staff supporting them.

The Impact Awards recognise Australian technology partners that delivered meaningful outcomes for their clients over the 2025 calendar year.

"It has been a pleasure working with the Fair Work Commission. They are an inspiring leader in the digitisation of public sector service. That ambition is what made this work possible, and this award belongs our joint teams who delivered the project." Ben Laughlin, Exco Partners

Thank you to the Fair Work Commission, to techpartner.news, and to the Exco team who delivered it.
