Delivering AI Copilot across the City of Melbourne

Exco conducted a two-part pilot using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio which was aimed at assessing risk, user adoption, cost, and business benefits. The pilot results demonstrated significant time savings and improved employee output, with high participant satisfaction.
